How do I book an event?

You can book directly through our website's booking section or contact us by phone or email. We’ll walk you through the process and help customize your event.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events or during peak seasons. Last-minute requests are welcome but subject to availability.

Do you travel to my area?

Yes! We proudly provide entertainment throughout Toronto, York Region, Peel Region, Durham Region, Halton Region, and surrounding GTA communities, including Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, Mississauga, Brampton, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, and more. If you're unsure whether we service your location, simply contact us—we're always happy to help. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

How long do your services last?

Most services are booked by the hour. You can mix and match or choose a package that best suits your event’s needs. Contact us for help building your perfect plan!

What is the cost?

Is the face paint safe for kids?

Yes! We use professional, hypoallergenic face paints from trusted brands like TAG, Kryvaline, FX Studio and Snazaroo. They're gentle on the skin, dry quickly, and wash off easily with soap and water.

Can we customize the event to a theme?

Absolutely! We love themed parties and can tailor our face painting, crafts etc

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. We’ll provide all payment details when you book.

What happens in case of bad weather or an emergency? Can we rebook?

Yes! We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If your event needs to be postponed due to bad weather or an emergency, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule based on availability. Deposits may be transferred, depending on the reason and notice given. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rebooking options.
